Sanitary Filter with Heating Device for Pharmaceutical Processing

The main function of this sanitary filter is preventing gas from passing through the filter element from condensation for a better permeability. It will help keep filter elements dry and ensure inactive microorganisms.

It provides both heating and thermal insulation functions for filter housing in order to avoid condensation and microorganism accumulation. Due to this, it is widely used in water inside injection systems, as well as filtration and purification in pharmaceutical, biological, and fermentation industries.

The heating device uses a carbon fiber heating film to attain high heating speed, long service life and built-in overheat protection.
