Duplex Filter, Duplex Strainer

The duplex filter is designed for filtering a variety of particles out of liquids such as fresh milk, beverages, and glue solutions. Two filter cartridges allow for simultaneous or alternate filtration depending on applications require, such as when wire mesh needs to be cleaned or changes through switching the valves without any system shut down. This makes the filter suitable for continuous production, and also offers a high speed, low cost, and simple operation.

Features

Manufactured using stainless steel, this filter is able to withstand high temperatures and pressure. The inner and outer surface have undergone mirror polishing, with an added vent valve on the top.
With expansion joints, it has been tested by 0.3 Mpa pressure, ensuring it is strong enough to operate. It is easy to open and close the piston with easy maintenance.
It features two ball valves for attaching two single-cartridge filters to one engine base, making it ideal for continuous working without any shut down. If needed, single cartridge filters are available just by removing the common base.
The special cellucotton design helps it filter more than 1μm particles.
The quick-open type connection between the top cover and cartridge improves the cleaning methods. Three adjustable legs reinforce the fixture on the ground.
The inlet and outlet valves are a ball type for a simple operation and sanitary environment.
