The jacketed kettle provides efficient heat transfer, uniform heating, and easy control over heating temperature. Foodservice operators can utilize jacketed kettle to get fast cooking times, accurate temperature control, improved working condition, and more.
Jacket kettles come in a variety of volumes ranging from 50L to 500L. On the basis of your individual needs, we can design and manufacture custom jacketed kettle.
With quick change chuck interface, the inner body is made from 304 or 316L stainless steel, with the mirror polished internal surface of Ra≤0.28μm-0.6μm. The external surface can be treated with your specific requirements such as polishing, wiredrawing, and sandblasting.
